Up the Leagues

Buy Division 4’s weakest club. Take it to the top.

Your manager picks the team. You sign, sell and build.

A signing in the game: a free agent’s card turns into your club’s colours, and the line reads “Signed. On a free, for 1 season.”

From a field to the top flight

Up the Leagues is a football club owner game for iPhone: the up-the-leagues save, played from the chairman’s seat. You start in Division 4 as its weakest club. Your manager picks the team. Everything else is yours: who to sign and who to sell, how long their contracts run, when to build the stadium and the academy, what to charge at the gate, and how far into the overdraft to go.

Four divisions of 18 clubs. The top two go up, the play-offs send a third, and the bottom three go down. Every player is a card with a drawn face, a rating, an age and a rarity. Win Division 1 to win the game.
